Payment Methods
Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Supported card networks may include American Express, Diners Club, Discover, JCB, Maestro, Mastercard and Visa, depending on the payment provider, your card and the options displayed for your order. A payment option is available only when it appears at checkout.
Currency and Checkout
All prices and payments are in US dollars (USD). Add items to your cart, review quantities and product options, enter your contact and delivery details, select a payment method and review your final total before submitting payment. Standard US shipping is free. Any applicable sales tax is shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
Payment Security
Checkout is hosted by Shopify, and payment information is handled by the payment providers shown at checkout. Use the secure checkout form to enter card details. Do not send full card numbers, security codes or account passwords by email. Your bank may require an additional authentication step.
Order Confirmation
After your order is submitted, we email an order confirmation to the address you supplied. Check your spam folder if it does not arrive. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt; acceptance and dispatch are subject to successful payment and product availability. If we cannot fulfill your order, we contact you and refund any payment collected for the canceled items.
Payment Problems
If a payment is declined, check your billing address, card details, expiry date and available funds. Your bank may need to authorize the transaction. Avoid repeatedly submitting the same order if the result is unclear; contact us with your order number or checkout email. A pending bank authorization may take time to disappear if a payment does not complete. Refunds follow our Refunds and Returns Policy.
