Shipping Area and Cost
We ship within the United States. Standard shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum purchase. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US public holidays. Orders received after 2:00 PM Pacific Time, on weekends or on public holidays begin processing on the next business day. Delivery estimates are not guarantees; carrier disruptions, severe weather and other events can cause delays.
Tracking Your Order
After dispatch, we send a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Enter that number on the UPS tracking website to view shipment updates. If you have not received a tracking number within 3 business days of placing your order, contact us. If tracking indicates a problem or your delivery is late, contact us so we can help investigate.
Shipping Address and Delivery Problems
Review your address before paying. Contact us immediately to request corrections before dispatch; changes are not guaranteed after processing begins. If a parcel is damaged, missing or marked delivered but cannot be found, contact us with your order number and any available photos. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue.
Order Cancellation
To cancel an order before it ships, contact us immediately with your order number. If the order has not shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to the original payment method without an additional handling fee. Once an order has shipped, please follow our Refunds and Returns Policy.
