Overview and Acceptance

Welcome to Fashion Quinita. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Fashion Quinita. We operate this website and online clothing store, powered by Shopify. These terms govern use of our website and purchases, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Refunds and Returns Policy and Payment Policy. By using the store, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.

Eligibility and Acceptable Use

You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement or have the authorization of a parent or guardian. Provide accurate contact, delivery and payment information. Do not use the store unlawfully, infringe another person's rights, distribute malicious code, interfere with security or submit fraudulent orders.

Products and Information

Read each product's description, size information and care instructions before ordering. Screen settings may affect displayed colors. We aim to keep information accurate and may correct errors. We do not replace an item or materially change a confirmed order without contacting you. Availability can change, and an item in your cart is not reserved until your order is accepted.

Order Acceptance

An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order. Acceptance is subject to successful payment and availability. We may decline or cancel orders because of stock shortages, clear pricing errors, suspected fraud or legal restrictions. If an accepted order cannot be fulfilled, we notify you and refund payments for canceled items. Contact us immediately for changes or cancellation before shipment.

Pricing and Payment

Prices are in USD. The checkout shows your order total and any applicable sales tax before payment. Standard US shipping is free. The payment options displayed at checkout govern availability. See our Payment Policy for payment handling and troubleshooting.

Shipping

We ship within the United States using UPS. Processing takes 1–3 business days; transit normally takes 3–5 business days. The daily cutoff is 2:00 PM Pacific Time. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US public holidays. Read our Shipping Policy for full details and tracking help.

Returns and Refunds

Return and exchange requests must be made within 30 calendar days of delivery. Eligibility, steps and shipping costs are explained in our Refunds and Returns Policy. Before shipment, a canceled order receives a full refund without an additional handling fee. After shipment, the returns process applies.

Intellectual Property

Store content, text, graphics and design are owned by Fashion Quinita or their respective rights holders. You may use the website for personal shopping. You may not reproduce or commercially exploit content without appropriate permission, except as allowed by law.

Warranty Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free access. Fashion Quinita and its service providers, including Shopify, are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the services. No term excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, limits applicable product guarantees, or removes your statutory consumer rights.

Indemnification

To the extent allowed by law, you agree to indemnify Fashion Quinita and its service providers against reasonable third-party claims and costs caused by your unlawful use of the services, infringement of another person's rights or material breach of these terms. This does not apply to losses caused by our own unlawful conduct.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for a material breach, unlawful activity or security risk. Termination does not cancel existing payment or refund obligations. Provisions concerning intellectual property, liability, indemnification and governing law survive where their nature requires.

Governing Law and General Terms

These terms are governed by the laws of California and applicable US federal law, subject to mandatory consumer protections. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. A failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. These terms and referenced policies form the agreement concerning use of the store.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms by posting a revised version and effective date. Material changes apply prospectively, subject to applicable law. The terms in effect when an order is placed govern that order unless the law requires otherwise.
